The CLEMCO Model 28434 Base Unit All-In-One Wet Blast Injector System Gives You Convenience You Don’t Get From Traditional Slurry Systems. Its Design & Simplified Set Up & Operation Make For Easier End-Of-Shift Shutdown. By Mixing The Abrasive & Water After It Leaves The Blast Machine, You Never Have To Empty A Machine Of A Messy Water/Abrasive Mix.

The CLEMCO Model 28434 All-In-One Wet Blast Injector System Is Simple To Operate. Fill The Blast Machine With Dry Abrasive, Fill The Water Tank, Add Rust Inhibitor If Desired, Or Simply Connect To A Municipal Water Supply. Connect Compressed Air, Adjust The Metering Valve, Blast Pressure, & Water Pressure. A Single Air Connection Supports All Pneumatic Equipment.

Flexible Set Up Options Allow You To Position The Water Injector Either At The Base Of The Blast Machine Or At The Nozzle – Your Choice. With The Injector At The Nozzle, You Can Adjust The Water/Abrasive Mix At Any Time.

You Can Dry-Blast With The CLEMCO Model 28434 Base Unit All-In-One Wet Blast Injector System, Simply Remove The Injector Adaptor Mounted At The Base Of The Machine, & Turn Off Air To The Pump.

Choose Among Eight Systems From Basic To Complete Packages In Low Pressure (5 - 120 PSI) & Normal Pressure (50-120 PSI) Ranges.
