The Darda Size #2 Is Our Smallest Splitting Cylinder And Is Ideal For Secondary Cutting Of Prior Split Rock, Presspipe Work, And Extension Work In Underground Mining. Removes Stair Foundations And Retaining Walls Where Blasting Is Prohibited.
Features Include:
- Smallest Bore Diameter Requirement. Must Drill A 1-3/16" 31 MM) Diameter Hole A Minimum Of 12" (270 MM) Drill Depth. Do Not Allow The Plug To Bottom Out In The Hole, Breakage May Occur.
* The Lightest And Shortest Splitting Cylinder. At Only A Weight Of 45 Lbs. (20 Kg.) And A Length Of Only 30" (750 MM) This Splitter Can Fit In Confined Spaces With Ease Of Mobility And Operation.
* With A Splitting Force Of 220 Tons (200 MT) Few Applications Can Resist The Hydraulic Breaking Ability.
* Normally A 6" (150 MM) Depth Of Splitting And A .33" (8.5 MM) Maximum Expansion Will Allow Ease Of Removal Of Rock And Concrete Blocks.
- Inserting Plug And Feathers In Hole Aligned With Desired Break Allows Control Splitting.
- Includes High & Low Pressure Whip Hoses With Quick Disconnect Couplers
- Shims Are Available To Widen Existing Cracks In Reinforced Concrete And Rock On Size #2 Splitter Only.
